Kos Pilar Hotel

Went with my wife for the weekend: Beautiful rooms, very friendly receptionists and staff, easy parking, delicious breakfast, great amenities, truly a wonderful experience. It has a great location if you´re working in Pilar, or if you´re considering a weekend escapade. I really recommend.

Excellent room and bed. Quiet. Great food at their restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel at this month and it was a nice experience. Beautiful and modern hotel, very comfortable, spacious rooms and good amenities. The staff is very friendly and efficient, they resolved any concerns you might have. The reception manager, Araceli, is excellent and pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay in Pilar, Argentina.

The hotel is very nice and the front desk people are fantastic!! But the website photos are quite deceiving… when you see the pic with the room window showing a beautiful green space you’ll assume this a relaxing spot. It is not. The hotel is surrounded by very busy highways and railways with busy suburban trains so if you open your windows you will hear tremendous noise. So basically the worst part of this hotel is its location. The rooftop pool is quite small. Otherwise, the spa was very good and, like mentioned above, super nice staff!! Breakfast was good. We also had dinner here and it was very good. Clean and comfortable.

Everything was great

Una desorganizacion y falta de categoria en todos los niveles. Empezando desde el desayuno, siempre faltan cosas, tardan un monton en traer lo pedido. El fiambre no esta exhibido, hay que adivinar que hy que pedirlo. Arriba en la pileta, los empleados no saben. Nada de la carta. Tomando mate los empleados y doblando servilletas ahi a un lado de la barra. No hay buenas opciones para picotear en la pile. No es un hotel de nivel. Solo el maquillaje del hotel, o sea la decoracion que se ve muy linda. Nos regalaron una botella de champagne por el aniversario y cdo abrimos la heladera era la mas pequeña y solo habia una copa. Creo que se ve que es Ex Casa Sur. Bajaron el nivel en todo. Tendria que primero capacitar al personal.. una pena

Todo excelente!! La atención, la habitación, la limpieza general del hotel. Todo impecable. La comida del restaurante riquísima. El spa y los masajes y la pileta lo mejor! Una excelente experiencia. Voy a volver siempre. Precio calidad vale la pena!

La habitación súper amplia y confortable. Riquísimos tanto el desayuno como la cena. La piscina hermosa al igual que el spa y el gimnasio. Los colaboradores muy amables y atentos. Gracias por la atención recibida. Han hecho que pudiera disfrutar de una estadía excelente.

Bel hôtel mais chambre quelconque et très mal isolée. Ne vaut pas 4*. Piscine sale, eau trouble, et joints en parties noirs. Beaucoup de bruit, car situé entre une autoroute et une voie de chemin de fer, sans compter les soirées sur le rooftop, musique à fond, jusqu'à 1h30 du matin. Service très mauvais. On a eu la surprise d'être facturés de prestations qui n'étaient pas les nôtres, il a fallu réclamer. Petit déjeuner sans qualité, servi à table sur commande, peu de choix et quantité ridicule. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.
